Al-Azhar School Registration
The Al-Azhar School Registration web platform is a comprehensive digital solution designed to streamline the student admission process. It replaces traditional paper-based forms with an intuitive, secure, and fast online portal. The system handles complex multi-step forms, document uploads, and integrates seamlessly with backend management systems, ensuring a smooth experience for both parents and school administrators.
Challenge
The admission period is traditionally a chaotic time for schools. Paper forms get lost, manual data entry leads to errors, and parents face long wait times. The school needed a system that could handle high concurrent traffic during registration opening days without crashing.
Approach
I architected a scalable web application using Next.js. The focus was on creating an extremely user-friendly multi-step form that saves progress automatically. State management ensures that parents can upload necessary documents securely without losing their session data.
Outcome
The digital transformation drastically reduced the administrative burden on school staff. Registration errors dropped to near zero, and parents praised the convenience of being able to complete the entire admission process from their mobile devices.
